Free Gas Friday – PopUp Event (july 10, 2026)

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win

A purchase will not increase your chances of receiving fuel.

1. Sponsor

The Free Gas Friday PopUp Event (“Event”) is sponsored by George Sink Injury Lawyers, 7053 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406 (“Sponsor”). 

2. Eligibility

The Event is open only to legal residents of South Carolina age 18 or older.

The following vehicles are NOT eligible to participate: 

• Employee vehicles 
• Company vehicles 
• Trucks (including pickup trucks, commercial trucks, or any oversized vehicles) 

3. Event Details

Date: Friday, July 10, 2026
Location: 7011 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC
Participants: Up to 99 selected and confirmed winners
Fuel Limit: Friday, July 10, 2026

Participation is limited to individuals who complete the official registration form and are selected as winners.

Selected winners will be notified by email on or about July 8, 2026. Winners must RSVP within 24 hours of notification to confirm attendance. Failure to RSVP within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Confirmed winners will receive an email containing event details, an assigned arrival window, and a unique QR code for event check-in. The QR code is intended solely for the selected winner and may not be transferred to another individual.

Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Entry Period: Entries will be accepted beginning on June 24, 2026 and ending at 11:59 PM ET on July 7, 2026. Entries submitted after the entry period closes will not be eligible.

4. How Participation Works

No purchase is necessary to enter or participate.

To receive free fuel, participants must:

1. Complete the official registration form during the entry period.
2. Be selected as a winner and successfully notified by the Sponsor.
3. RSVP within 24 hours of receiving notification.
4. Present their assigned QR code at check-in.
5. Present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name used during registration.
6. Arrive during their assigned arrival window.
7. Follow all event staff instructions.
8. Arrive in a vehicle capable of safely accepting fuel.

Winner selections are non-transferable. Only the individual selected as a winner may participate in the event and receive fuel. The name on the winner notification, QR code, and photo identification must match. Any attempt to transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise provide a winning entry to another individual may result in disqualification.
If a selected winner fails to RSVP within 24 hours, fails to arrive during their designated arrival window, cannot provide the required identification, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or otherwise redistribute available fuel opportunities at its sole discretion.

Ineligible vehicles may be turned away, including:

• Employee vehicles
• Company vehicles
• Trucks or oversized vehicles of any kind

All participation decisions, eligibility determinations, and event operations are subject to the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prizes / Fuel Distribution

• Up to 99 participating vehicles will receive fuel 
• Each winner may receive up to twelve (12) gallons of fuel, not to exceed $50 in value.
• Fuel has no cash value and is non-transferable 
• Sponsor may substitute an equivalent value if necessary 

6. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. A total of ninety-nine (99) winners will be selected. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor may also select a reasonable number of alternate winners. Alternate winners may be contacted if a selected winner cannot be reached, fails to RSVP within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise forfeits their prize.

Selected winners must RSVP within 24 hours of notification to confirm attendance. Failure to RSVP within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection, alternate winner selection, and eligibility are final.

7. Notification

Selected winners will be notified by email using the email address provided during registration on or about July 8, 2026.

To claim their prize, selected winners must follow the instructions provided in the notification email and RSVP within 24 hours. Confirmed winners will receive event details, an assigned arrival window, and a unique QR code required for event check-in.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or otherwise forfeits their prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to contact an alternate winner.

Alternate winners, if selected, will be subject to the same eligibility requirements, notification procedures, and RSVP requirements as the original winners.

8. General Conditions

• Participants agree to follow all Event rules and instructions.
• Sponsor may disqualify anyone who violates rules or disrupts the Event. 
• Sponsor may modify or cancel the Event if necessary. 

9. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: 

• Traffic delays or early arrivals 
• Vehicle malfunctions 
• Injuries, damages, or incidents caused by participation 
• Technical issues affecting the Event announcement 

Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and vehicle condition. 

10. Privacy

Information collected may be used for Event administration and future marketing, including SMS. Participants may opt out at any time. 

11. Publicity Release

Participants grant permission for George Sink Injury Lawyers to use names, photos, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

12. Governing Law

This Event is governed by South Carolina law.
