Attorney George Sink, Sr.:
You should return to your doctors when necessary, and give them specifics about your progress. Doctors testify and prepare the reports based on their office notes. When asked how you're doing, don't just say “fine” or a “little better.” It's much more helpful to give your doctor specifics of what you can and cannot do, as well as when, where and how you experience discomfort.
Don't minimize your ailments to your doctor, as it's one of their very best ways of knowing how to treat you. However, don't exaggerate, either. If you see any additional doctors, be sure that we are advised immediately of their names and addresses. Please feel free to call us at George Sink Injury Lawyers at any time.
