1. Sponsor

The Sink Safe – Free Gas Fridays Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by George Sink Injury Lawyers, 7053 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406 (“Sponsor”).

2. Platform Disclaimer (Meta Requirement)

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram (Meta).

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to George Sink Injury Lawyers, not Facebook or Instagram, and release these platforms from any responsibility related to this Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of George Sink Injury Lawyers, ABC News 4, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. Contest Period

Gas Gift Card Giveaway:
The Gas Gift Card Giveaway runs one designated week per month, beginning Monday at 4:00 a.m. ET and ending Thursday at 11:59 p.m. ET, during eligible months.

Bonus $999 Giveaway:
The Bonus Giveaway runs once per season and remains open until the announced seasonal deadline.

5. How to Enter

Gas Gift Card Giveaway (Monthly $99 Gift Cards)

• No email required.
• The Gas Gift Card Giveaway runs one designated week per month, beginning Monday at 4:00 a.m. ET and ending Thursday at 11:59 p.m. ET, during eligible months.
• Eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following steps on Facebook or Instagram during the Giveaway Period:
  • Follow @georgesinkinjurylawyers
  • Like the designated announcement contest post
  • Tag a friend in the comments of the post
• Limit: One (1) entry per person per month. Multiple comments do not increase chances of winning.

6. Prizes

Gas Gift Card Giveaway :

• 9 winners per month, each receiving one $99 gift card.

Bonus $999 Giveaway:

• 1 winner per season, receiving one $999 gift card.

General Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
• Gas Giveaway and Bonus $999 Giveaway winners are selected separately.

8. Winner Notification

• Winners are notified via Facebook/Instagram DM (by email for Bonus $999 Giveaway winners) within a reasonable time following the Contest Period.
• Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Prize Delivery

• Winners may need to provide valid identification and mailing information.
• Gift cards will be delivered by mail or another method determined by George Sink Injury Lawyers.
• George Sink Injury Lawyers is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and George Sink Injury Lawyers decisions, which are final.
• Release and hold harmless George Sink Injury Lawyers, ABC News 4, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from liability related to participation or prize acceptance.
• George Sink Injury Lawyers reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process.

11. Limitations of Liability

• Social media platform outages
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Unauthorized human or technical intervention

Entrants assume liability for any injury or damage caused by participation or prize acceptance.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Contest and may also be used for future marketing including SMS Messaging. Participants may opt out of marketing emails and text messages at any time.

13. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant George Sink Injury Lawyers permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participation in interviews or featured content is optional.

Requests must be received within 30 days of the end of the Contest Period.

15. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
