Free Gas Friday – PopUp Event (April 17)

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Free Gas Friday PopUp Event (“Event”) is sponsored by George Sink Injury Lawyers, 7053 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Event is open only to legal residents of South Carolina age 18 or older.

The following vehicles are NOT eligible to participate:

• Employee vehicles
• Company vehicles
• Trucks (including commercial trucks or any oversized vehicles)

3. Event Details

Date: Friday, April 17
Location: 7011 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC
Participants: First 99 eligible drivers beginning at the official announced start time
Fuel Limit: Maximum 12 gallons per vehicle
Early lineups are NOT permitted.

Start time announced April 16 via Facebook and Instagram.

4. How Participation Works

No purchase or online entry is required. Participation is first come, first served after the officially announced start time.

To receive fuel, drivers must:

1. Arrive after the posted start time
2. Follow all staff instructions
3. Have a vehicle capable of safely accepting fuel

Ineligible vehicles will be turned away, including:

• Employee vehicles
• Company vehicles
• Trucks or oversized vehicles of any kind

Limit: One vehicle per household.

5. Prizes / Fuel Distribution

• Up to 99 participating vehicles will receive fuel
• Each eligible vehicle may receive up to 12 gallons OR up to a $50 value
• Fuel has no cash value and is non-transferable
• Sponsor may substitute an equivalent value if necessary

6. Winner Selection

There is no drawing. Fuel is provided only to the first 99 eligible vehicles arriving after the start time.

7. Notification

All information is announced publicly. No individual notifications are issued. Fuel is provided on-site only.

8. General Conditions

• Participants agree to follow all Event rules and instructions.
• Sponsor may disqualify anyone who violates rules or disrupts the Event.
• Sponsor may modify or cancel the Event if necessary.

9. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Traffic delays or early arrivals
• Vehicle malfunctions
• Injuries, damages, or incidents caused by participation
• Technical issues affecting the Event announcement

Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and vehicle condition.

10. Privacy

Information collected may be used for Event administration and future marketing, including SMS. Participants may opt out at any time.

11. Publicity Release

Participants grant permission for George Sink Injury Lawyers to use names, photos, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

This Event is governed by South Carolina law.
