Every young woman wants to feel special at her high school prom, and George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers is happy to make their wishes come true for Cinderella Day. We served as a prime sponsor for the event in 2018, giving local high-school students free dresses, shoes, accessories, and more to help them celebrate this important milestone.
The students each get someone who shops just for them and helps them coordinate their eveningwear. They also receive free makeovers where they get their hair and makeup done for their big day (see our featured photo gallery). The event encourages young women to feel empowered and see themselves in a new way inside and out.
Community Helps Make Cinderella Day Magical
Community donations from businesses, churches, and others help make Cinderella Day an event to remember for participating students. The main donations include:
- New and gently used dresses
- Jewelry and other accessories
- Makeup supplies
- New and gently used shoes for formal events
- Financial contributions
- Sponsorships
Some people also donated food, giveaways, and raffle prizes for the event at the Augusta Dream Center, and people could also register to volunteer their time at the event.
