Lindsay Funderburk Johnson grew up in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from the Honors College at the College of Charleston, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Following undergraduate school, Lindsay attended the Charleston School of Law. She was a member of the Federal Courts Law Review. She served as Symposium Editor and was also published in the journal. While in law school Lindsay worked as a law clerk for a firm that handles plaintiff’s multidistrict litigation. It was this work that grew Lindsay’s passion for helping people.
Lindsay joins the firm having worked in plaintiff’s personal injury for several years. She enjoys helping injured people through what can be the most painful time in their life both physically and emotionally, and fights zealously on their behalf to obtain the best possible results.
In her free time Lindsay enjoys involvement in Charleston’s arts community. She lives downtown Charleston with her husband, Heath, and her dog, Alma.
