Emily was born and raised in a small town in Vermont. As the daughter of two small business owners, Emily gained a deep appreciation for the community from an early age. She attended undergraduate school in nearby NH and went on to work in social services. It was through this work Emily developed a passion for helping others and decided to take this passion to the next level in becoming an attorney.
In 2009 Emily attended law school in Charlotte, NC. With a commitment to public service, Emily’s experience comes from working with local non-profit legal organizations and state agencies prior to and since her admission to the South Carolina Bar in 2013. She made the decision to leave the public/non-profit sector and join George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers Veterans’ Disability practice to continue serving others. She feels incredibly fortunate to work with Veterans and fight to ensure they receive the benefits they so greatly deserve.
Emily lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband, son, daughter, dog, and cat. She is an avid runner and enjoys spending time in nature with her family.
