A pickup truck crashed through the front of an auto parts store in Anderson, according to news reports .
The accident occurred around 1 p.m. when a pickup truck driver was pulling up to Advance Auto Parts to buy water pump, according to news reports. She told police that her foot slipped off the break and hit the gas.
“Her 1989 Ford F250 pickup shattered a plate-glass window and came to a stop with its front end inside the store,” according to news reports.
No one was injured in the accident. There were 10 customers and four employees inside the business at the time of the crash.
The driver wasn’t fined for the collision, because the shop was on private property, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The store is expected to be closed for a week, according to news reports.
