Toys R Us, Walmart and other major retailers are recalling toy building sets are because they pose a safety risk for children, according to news reports.
Edushape Ltd. of Deer Park, N.Y., are recalling mini stars building sets, which were sold at Toys R Us.com, Walmart.com, Amazon, and other retail stores nationwide.
The recall was announced to address plastic knobs can break from the center of the stars, posing a choking hazard to young children. About 1,800 toys are being recalled.
So far, two incidents of the knobs breaking have occurred. No injuries have been connected with the recall.
