As you may know, May 15th through May 21st is National Police Officer Week, and May 15th is Police Memorial Day. That morning, our firm delivered a few well-deserved goodies to the local police department and fire department to show our appreciation for everything they do for the community.
The police department recently lost one of their own, Officer Harris, in the line of duty, so we hoped to lift their spirits with a few small tokens of our appreciation. Both departments received a tray of cookies, cards, and balloons. Additionally, the K-9 officers received a card and a box of dog bones for their dedication and hard work.
Police officers and firefighters all put their lives on the line every day in the course of their duties. They make our lives safer at the risk of their own. They are, deservedly, called heroes for a reason. We are proud to pay our respects in any way we can. We would like to thank both departments for their brave service.
