Temsa Global is conducting a consumer recall for its bus models, TS35 of make years, 2007 to 2012 due to the failure in complying with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety Standard No. 17. The safety exit instruction labels are found to be placed 16cm far from the emergency exit mechanism which might delay the exit of the passengers in case of an emergency because of the possibility of passengers not being able to follow the right exit instructions.
