Trey Nicolette is a personal injury attorney practicing in the Charleston office of George Sink, P.A.
Trey grew up in the Charleston area and has lived everywhere from James Island to Isle of Palms. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Juniata College in Pennsylvania, with plans to attend medical school like his father, who practiced medicine in Charleston for almost 40 years. Trey later decided that his skills were more attuned to the practice of law and he was passionate about civil rights and justice for all citizens. He graduated from the Charleston School of Law in 2011. His legal career began with a Judicial Clerkship in the 1st Judicial Circuit with the Honorable Judge Edgar Dickson. From there, he worked around the state in a variety of legal fields including personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, business law, and others. Before joining the George Sink P.A. Injury Lawyers, Trey represented Defendants in personal injury cases, which he believes gives him unique insight into the inner workings of insurance companies and their tactics, that can provide an edge for injured clients he represents. He recently drafted a practice manual for personal injury attorneys in South Carolina which is being published by Lexis Nexis. Trey is fully dedicated to bringing his decade of experience and defense background to fight the insurance companies for the compensation that our clients truly deserve. In short, Trey is dedicated to fighting for justice for injured folks in South Carolina.
In his spare time, Trey enjoys reading, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. He lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife Melanie (he calls her MJ) and their curmudgeonly cat Stella.
