Samantha Sutton

Samantha Sutton is a dedicated attorney who advocates for injured individuals, guiding them through the legal process with care. She is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult moments and works diligently to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina, Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in English from Clemson University before going on to receive her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law. She began her career in personal injury law in 2017 and has since built a strong foundation representing clients in a wide range of cases. Samantha is also an active member of the South Carolina Bar’s Publications Committee and received an author’s acknowledgment for her contributions to The Law of Automobile Insurance in South Carolina, 8th Edition.

Samantha is driven by a genuine desire to support others during challenging times. Known for her attention to detail and strong communication skills, she ensures her clients feel informed and confident throughout their case.

Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, gardening, and participating in a book club. She is also an avid supporter of Clemson sporting events and values spending time with her extended family.
