Patrick T. Napolski

Patrick attended Clemson University where he studied Psychology, and was on the Dean’s List. He then went on to study at Charleston School of Law where he was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and American Bar Association Committee, among other activities.

While in law school, Patrick externed for The Honorable Mikell Scarborough, Charleston County Master In Equity as well as the Ninth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office. Outside of work, Patrick is a judge for various moot court and mock trial competitions, a member of the South Carolina Bar Association’s Professional Development Committee, and a mentor in Charleston School of Law’s Mentoring Program. Patrick is licensed to practice law in Illinois, South Carolina, and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Before joining George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers in 2015, Patrick was a Plaintiff’s civil litigator with experience in many complex practice areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical and professional malpractice, insurance coverage issues, premises liability, and business torts. Patrick and his wife reside in downtown Charleston.
