Heather Liles

Heather Liles was born and raised in Hartford, Kentucky to a third-generation farming family. Heather attended the University of Kentucky and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History in 2006.

Heather attended New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. While in law school, Heather was a member of Pi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, Women’s Law Caucus, and was the Student Bar Association Budget Committee Chair. She was also very fortunate to spend a summer in Malta where she attend the University of Valetta, where she studied their unique legal system, and took courses in commercial law, human rights, and comparative juvenile justice. Heather graduated from law school with a Juris Doctorate in 2009 and joined the Massachusetts Bar.

As a southern girl at heart, Heather moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 2010 to be closer to family, and joined the Social Security Disability team at George Sink P.A. Injury Lawyers in 2014. Since she is not licensed in South Carolina, it is fortunate that she can practice in an area of Federal Law that permits a person licensed in any state, Massachusetts, in her case, to practice anywhere in the U.S.A. She is very excited to be an advocate for a claimant’s Disability firm where she is able to interact so personally with the clients. She and her husband Taylor reside in Hanahan, and in her spare time, she enjoys the Lowcountry water, sand, and sunshine.
