Attorney Etta Simons has over 16 years of experience with Workers’ Compensation and Plaintiff Litigation. After spending a summer at Oxford University in England, Etta graduated cum laude from the Honors College at the College of Charleston with a BA in Political Science. She received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar Association as well as the Charleston County Bar in 1997.

Etta has worked with various law offices in the Lowcountry, taught as an adjunct legal writing professor at the Charleston School of Law, and even started her own small firm in 2012, performing contract work for local attorneys and writing for the National Association of Independent Schools.

Having lived in Charleston her entire life, Etta currently resides in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
