R. Casey Van Valkenburgh is a personal injury, who has dedicated his life to representing and fighting for the rights of injured people. He is a firm believer that injured people need an attorney who focuses solely on advocating for their rights.
Casey received his bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston (CofC). While attending CofC, he was the Captain and MVP of the Men’s tennis team. After graduation, Casey’s grandfather convinced him to use his skills and go to law school. He received his JD from the University of South Carolina. He went on to receive a Master of Laws degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Prior to joining the George Sink Injury Lawyers, Casey was the managing attorney of two personal injury practices. He had always had a strong admiration for Mr. Sink and was excited to join the firm when the opportunity arose. He is licensed in South Carolina, Missouri, and Illinois. He is licensed in both state and federal court which gives him a unique understanding of State and Federal law.
In his spare time, Casey loves spending time with his wife, Jess, their two sons, Jack and Huddy, and Ziggy the Dog. He enjoys golf, tennis, and traveling.
