Paula Howker Amick received a B.A. in English from Erskine College, graduating summa cum laude in 1989, and received a J.D. Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1992. She served as a staff attorney with the South Carolina Court of Appeals from 1992 through 1994. In 1994, Paula accepted a position with Davis & Company, a large law firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she ran that firm’s corporate services department until 1995.
Paula is a member of both the South Carolina Bar and the North Carolina Bar, and, since returning to South Carolina in 1996, she has practiced primarily in the fields of personal injury and workers’ compensation. She has been with George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers since 1999 in our Columbia office.
Paula is married to Kemper Lee Amick. They have two teenage children, Bryden Howker Amick and Georgia Elizabeth Amick.
