According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at approximately 5am on Highway 25, roughly one mile south of Highway 11 and just north of Travelers Rest. The vehicle was carrying a full load of packages, however none spilled onto the roadway. Officials were optimistic initially, as emergency crews were able to move the rig onto the median.
