Subject to recall are 10 grain, 650 mg brewer’s yeast tablets in 200-count and 500-count bottles. The recalled nutritional supplements contain undeclared milk allergen, which, if consumed by persons allergic or sensitive to milk, can cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction. The products were distributed worldwide.
The recalled product numbers are 2410 (200-count bottles) and 2412 (500-count bottles). For product number 2410 the affected U.S. lot numbers are 1334119, 1354098, and 1362375. For product number 2412, the affected U.S. lot numbers are 1347607, 1334773, and 1358774.
Consumers who purchased the recalled tablets may return the product to the place of purchase or NOW Foods for a full refund. No receipt is necessary to receive the refund.
