Police Search for Hit-and-Run Suspect

By Personal Injury Lawyer on December 19, 2011

The driver who crashed into a 50-year-old Holly Hill man and a woman in Orangeburg County is being sought by South Carolina Highway Patrol. The wreck resulted in the death of the male victim. The collision happened near Holly Hill on Sugar Hill Road when a light-painted car hit the two pedestrians then fled the scene of the wreck. As a car accident attorney Charleston, my thoughts are with those involved in this crash. I hope police locate the suspect who left the scene of the accident as soon as possible. The woman involved in the wreck was transported to nearby hospitals for treatment of injuries, and currently undergoing medical treatment, according to news reports.

I hope nobody else was hurt in this collision. If you or a loved one were harmed in an auto accident, discuss your case with a personal injury attorney who can evaluate your case and help protect your rights, along with answer any important legal questions you may have regarding your claim. A personal injury lawyer can help guide you through your case by assisting you with the legal processes associated with your case in order to reach the best possible outcome for your claim.
