By Personal Injury Lawyer on December 5, 2011

A 25-year-old was arrested due to obstruction of justice by South Carolina Highway Patrol on Saturday. The man was arrested and booked into a detention center in Moncks Corner after lying to police regarding his brother’s hit-and-run crash. His brother crashed head-on with another vehicle and was a felony DUI driver. The EMS paramedic was charged with lying as well in the case of the drunk driver who hit another car then fled the scene of the crash, according to news reports.
