Eastover Woman Crashes on Hwy 378

By Personal Injury Lawyer on December 21, 2011

A 28-year-old woman from Eastover succumbed to her injuries after an auto accident when she drove into the pathway of a vehicle on the South Carolina Hwy 378 close to the Sumter County line. The Richland County Coroner explained that a child was also in her vehicle, sitting in the backseat, when the wreck happened. She was hospitalized afterward and is undergoing treatment for serious injuries at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital. The driver was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the collision and sustained traumatic injuries. According to news reports, authorities from the South Carolina Highway Patrol are now investigating the collision.

As a car accident lawyer Beaufort, I hope the child injured in this crash heals quickly and fully from her injuries sustained in the collision. If you or a loved one were harmed in an auto accident caused by a reckless driver, discuss your case with a personal injury attorney who can evaluate your claim, discuss your case, and work through the legal processes involved with your case in order to reach the best possible outcome. A lawyer can be on your side and fight for your legal rights after a collision, which may have brought on many medical expenses.
