The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has started a user-friendly registry for small batch manufacturers. A small batch manufacturer is described as a company generating less than $1 million dollars in gross revenues and produced no more than 7,500 units in 2011. As a Sumter personal injury attorney, I hope these efforts decrease the number of incidents involving children’s products. Safety is my top concern and children should be protected through government programs such as these. If you or a loved one were hurt by an unsafe product, discuss your case with a personal injury lawyer who can help evaluate your case by discussing any questions you may have regarding your personal injury claim. A lawyer can fight to protect and defend your rights and make sure your case gets the full attention it deserves. A lawyer can work hard to make sure your case is completely evaluated and assessed so that you get the best possible results for your case. With a lawyer on your side, you can rest assured someone will be working to defend your case.
