Commercial Trucks Recalled

By SinkLawAdmin on February 17, 2012

Caterpillar commercial trucks, manufactured by Caterpillar Inc., were recently recalled because of the unexpected continuous brake application caused by internal leakage of the Bendix relay valves, which causes the brakes to overheat. This could potentially lead to a fire. This leakage of valves can cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle and result in the risk of a crash due to the failure of brakes. Caterpillar announced that owners and dealers may get a repair for their vehicles free of cost. Owners can contact Caterpillar for more information, according to news reports.

As a Florence personal injury lawyer, I hope that nobody is adversely affected by these commercial trucks.
