Choking and Laceration Hazard Causes Recall

By SinkLawAdmin on February 21, 2012

This recall involves all Tumblekins toy vehicles and playsets, including the farm playset, fire station, police car, roadster, off-roader, fire truck and school bus. The toys are wooden, and painted in bright colors. The toys range from 6 to 12 inches long and 4 to 9.5 inches tall. The product was sold in juvenile product stores, mass merchandisers and other stores across the country and on various websites from March 2011 through December 2011 for between $14 and $35, according to news reports.

As a Columbia personal injury lawyer, I hope that nobody is harmed by these unsafe toys. If you or a loved one were harmed by a defective product, get in touch with a personal injury attorney who can help assess and evaluate your claim. When you have an attorney on your side, you can rest assured they are fighting to protect your rights and give your case the full attention it deserves. An attorney can help you get through the legal processes by completing all necessary documentation and paperwork. They will make sure you understand the steps involved with your case and fight hard to get the maximum possible compensation for your case. They will help get the best results for your claim by working you through your case and helping you with each process.
