Trucker Dies in Lee County Rollover Crash Near Bishopville

By Personal Injury Lawyer on November 3, 2011

A tractor-trailer crash in Lee County on Monday afternoon has left a man dead after the big rig overturned near Bishopville, report news sources.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around noon when, for unspecified reasons, the semi truck traveling on Highway 341 went off the right side of the road and overturned about four miles north of Bishopville.

The driver of the tractor-trailer, a 23-year-old Bishopville man, died of injuries that he suffered in the crash, say authorities. The trucker was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The big rig was the only vehicle involved in the wreck.

As a Moncks Corner workers compensation attorney, I have witnessed first-hand the shock and grief of those left behind after an unexpected death. My heartfelt condolences go out to the man’s family, friends and loved ones. Being a Moncks Corner Social Security disability lawyer, I know how important it is for grieving people to have a strong support network. I hope the man’s loved ones are getting the care and support they need during this difficult time.
