Managing our firm’s day to day operations, Alan Kennington brings 15 years of experience in personal injury law to the firm. As a child, Alan’s family moved throughout South Carolina, finally settling in Newberry. Alan’s father worked as a department store manager, and his mother worked as a seamstress. His parents taught him to always work hard and do his best to achieve his goals. He was the first person in his family to attend college, graduating with honors from Newberry College and later earning his M.B.A. from Winthrop University. After two years with State Farm Insurance Company, Alan attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Alan regularly boasts that he has been blessed with a beautiful, understanding wife and three wonderful children. His off hours are spent with his family attending his children’s various activities, including soccer, swim team, cross country, basketball, baseball, tennis and karate. Alan lives on Daniel Island and enjoys its family-friendly activities.
